" Don Quijote"

Don Quijote
by Miguel Cervantes
At this point, Sancho began to wake up and, feeling some squirming shape
almost on top of him, thought he was having a nightmare, and began to start
to punch the thing all over, and since the blows landed all over Maritornes,
and hurt like blazes, she threw modesty to the winds and began to give Sancho
as good as she was getting, which jostled him unpleasantly right out of his dream
and, realizing he was being beaten, but not knowing by whom, he heaved himself
up as best as he could and tackled Maritornes, at which point the two of them began
the most savagely funny skirmish you've ever seen.

At this point , Sancho began to wake up and, feeling some moving thing almost on top of him, he thought he was having a bad dream, and began to punch the thing all over, and since the slugs landed all over Maritornes, and hurt very badly, she moved modesty to the side and began to give Sancho all she got, which then woke him up right out of his dream, and realizing he was being attacked, but not knowing who it was , he got up as best as he could and attacked Maritornes , at which point the two of them began the most funny battle you have ever seen.

I personally do not like this book. One reason is because it is boring to the gore and is very descriptive. Although it has a good story base it is still very boring , and if the author were to change it up a bit it would be much more interesting to read. I also would like to see the story switched up and a little more romance in it. Anyway besides all that stuff its a pretty good book.

When the Heart Cries
by:Cindy Woodsmall

If Hannah, his queen of understatements , used the word "dreadful", he knew
things had been horrendous. He held her, not sure he'd ever know the full extent
of what had gone wrong since he'd left. For now, it was enough to know that in
eight months, he'd be finished with school and living within a mile of her. As soon
as possible they'd get married, and no would ever keep them a part again.

I love the words the author used in this paragraph. Like "horrendous" because the author is telling you how the character is really feeling at the moment. I also love how Hannah the character is explained as his "queen of understatements." I love this book and all the words the author uses in all her books. She is amazing and outstanding with every
word she uses.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves romantic books and hard situations.
There is a lot of hard challenges that pop up in the book. This book also had a bit of an
amish twist but it is a book I would read a hundred times and not get tired of it. Its amazing
and I think that if anyone gave it a try the would love it.

"Captain from Castile"

"Captain from Castile"
by Samuel Shellabarger
Five men were dragged up to the platform, their feet, legs and arms
bound rigidly, so that they were incapable of movement. Usually at this
time a handful of yauhtli or Indian hemp was thrown into the faces of the victims
to deaden the coming ordeal, but no such kindness would be wasted on the white
enemies. The men were loaded upon the backs of five priests who began a lumbering
dance around the fire. Then, one by one, they heaved their burdens into the flames, to
writhe and howl until the steaming bodies were hooked out, still living, fro the sacrificial
stone and knife.

I love this author. He has a very good mind of how to get someone hooked into a book,
it brings you right in. He also wants to make it exciting he doesn't just write facts he writes stuff
thats interesting. He wrote interesting things: like war, love, and friendship. This is what I think
about his writing.

Now I would recommend this book to high-schoolers and adults. One reason is because the
book is a little disturbing, and it has a little bit of adult content. Overall I personally think this is
a good and exciting book. I also love this book because it is a little bit challenging. This is my
opinion of the book.
