When the Heart Cries

When the Heart Cries
by: Cindy Woodsmall

As Hannah opened the cattle gate, Paul appeared in the double-wide
doorway to the barn . His head was hatless, a condition frowned upon by
her bishop, revealing hair the color of ripe hay glistening under the sun.
His blue eyes showed up in Hannah's dreams regularly.

As I get out of the car, I see the waves hitting the already hard packed
sand. The waves this morning were fierce, usually a beautiful sight, showing
the blue and green color of the rocks. The green one doesn't regularly see.

The Hope of Refuge

The Hope of Refuge
by Cindy Woodsmall

Stunned at the feelings surging through him, he turned from Anna Mary's probing eyes and gazed out across the field. Answers to Cara's past
were hiding among the Amish of Dry Lake. And whether anyone in his
community liked it or not, Cara deserved to be treated as a treasure once
stolen and now returned to them by a power not her own.

Cara in this story is a steadfast woman in heart , and very concerned about her daughters welfare. Now Cara in this story needs protection and help consoling her feelings.
She is a very independent woman she is the type of person who will do anything to protect her daughter.

This book is sufficient with lots of love and concern. I love this book because it is not a story that doesnt have a moral meaning and is very interesting. I would also recommend this book to anyone.

The Hope of Refuge

The Hope of refuge
An Ada's House Novel: written by Cindy Woodsmall

Lines of honesty were often blurred by desperation. Cara loathed that
she couldn't apply for government help and that she had to uproot every
few months to stay a few steps ahead of a maniac. Moving always cost
money. Fresh security deposits on ever-increasing rents. Working time
lost as she searched for another job--each on even more pathetic than the
one before it. Mike had managed to steal everything from her but mere
existence. And her daughter.

This writer is experienced, a very simple writer. Her work is very interesting it is not like any other book i have read before, she likes to draw you in and tell you about many characters in a book that are very interesting. Without this book, I would have a different out look on life. This book is very good book to read for any age under 13, because it does deal with hard adult issues that could happen in life and give younger kids a taste of what its like just in case they were to run into these problems in their life.

I love this book even though I have not finished it yet. Without it, I would be very absent-minded. I hope that anyone who runs into this book would take the time to read it and enjoy it like I did.
